Applications
Building and Develpment activity on Parafield Airport is subject to statutory controls under the Airports Act 1996 and the Airports (Building Control) Regulations.
Building and Development activities include (but are not limited to):
- New Buildings
- Refurbishment of Existing Buildings
- New Fit Outs
- Refurbishment of Existing Fitouts
- Signage
Any works of a building nature must be approved by Parafield Airport Limited (PAL) and the Airport Building Controller (ABC) prior to the commencement of works.
Building Applications
Applications should include the appropriate application form and all supporting documentation. Separate applications are to be submitted to:
Development Applications
The register of current Building Applications contains details of all applications received by Parafield Airport as required under the Airports Act.
